The beautifully decorated neo-Gothic Willibrordkerk is a real landmark in Utrecht and open to the public all year round.
The Willibrordkerk is located in the historic centre of Utrecht. The church is built in a neo-Gothic style and is the richest decorated church in the Netherlands. Despite its eventful history and turbulent times in the 60s, the church is well preserved. At that time lay believers and fathers managed to keep the church in a traditional state by purchasing it. Nowadays there is a concert every Sunday afternoon from 14:00. The church is open to the public all year round and you can opt for a guided tour if you have passed it on time.
