Read these terms and conditions carefully so that you know what your rights and obligations are. By using the website in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

| 1.3 | City guide The document with a selection of places in a certain city. |
| 1.4 | Spot A shop, food establishment or special place in the city. |
| 1.5 | Owner The owner of a place in the city listed on LeukeTip. |
| 1.6 | User Visitor to the LeukeTip website. |
| 1.7 | User profile The own page of a user that has been obtained after registering on LeukeTip with an overview of their own city guides. |
| 1.8 | Editorial staff The editors of LeukeTip who keep track of the content of the website. |
| 1.9 | Content All the material including photos, texts and links that are posted on LeukeTip. |
| 1.10 | Rights All intellectual property rights and related rights such as copyright and trademark law. |
| 1.11 | Google Places Google service that allows for retrieving extra information on spots for LeukeTip. |
| 2.1 | These terms and conditions apply to every use that you make of LeukeTip. |
| 2.2 | De Graaf Software Engineering is entitled at all times to change or supplement these general terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the amended or supplemented general terms and conditions, your only option is to stop using LeukeTip and terminate your own profile. De Graaf Software Engineering recommends that you regularly view the general terms and conditions. |
| 2.3 | By using LeukeTip, you also agree to the Google Terms and Conditions that apply to Google Places. |
| 3.1 | A basic listing of a place on LeukeTip is free. |
| 3.2 | A listing can be removed by the editor at any time from LeukeTip. |
| 4.1 | For photos of a place, the editors ask permission for the use to the place's owner. This is not done if the photos are made by the editors of LeukeTip or may be used freely. |
| 4.2 | The owner may only give permission for the use of photos for which he / she has the copyright or has explicitly received permission from the owner of the photos. |
| 4.3 | A visitor may only upload photos for which he / she has the copyrights or has received explicit permission from the owner of the photos. |
