In contemporary Mediterranean Zies you will feel like you are in Southern European atmospheres. On the menu of the bistro you will find all kinds of typical Southern European dishes and drinks. From Spanish tapas and shellfish dishes to creme caramel and Italian espresso's. The dishes are homemade and are prepared in the Spanish charcoal oven, the Mibrasa. Southern European beers, gin & tonic and many fine wines are served by the glass. The wines provide the perfect combination with the good food. It is also nice to choose the high wine, where you get all kinds of wines and Mediterranean dishes. You can also stay overnight at Zies, and do so in a lot of comfort. The hotel is small-scale and has a lot of style, combining the warmth of old demolition wood with Scandinavian design. The monumental 18th century building is also full of character and the shared courtyard is wonderfully relaxing.
