Where bags with E-numbers used to come from, nowadays De Meesterproef is where delicious, fresh dishes are prepared with passion.
The Meesterproef is now located in the former Honigfabriek. A cool, industrial restaurant where you can enjoy a nice atmosphere and good food and drinks, mostly made with local, seasonal products. Both for lunch and dinner you're good here. There is passion cooked according to old crafts and you can taste it. Sausages are pickled and smoked and you can also taste homemade mustard, jams, pates and chutneys. Drink a delicious glass of wine and enjoy your company during a nice evening at De Meesterproef.
