In De Hip you can really experience everything! You can sit there and read a newspaper over a cup of coffee, buy nice gifts or let Huub make a painting of yourself. Furthermore, you can dance to pop music in the beat cellar, listen to live music on no less than 3 stages and enjoy good food in the café. Moniek makes a super meal every day. In addition to all these fun activities, exhibitions, workshops, city walks and much more are organized. On the upper floor of De Hip are Plato Deventer, the café and the stages for live performances. Plato's store is filled with lots of CDs, LPs, vinyl and books. You will find new releases but also lots of bargains, a turntable and gift vouchers. On a regular basis there are live instore performances of bands in the store.
