Behind the monument on Dam Square, hidden in the Pijlsteeg, you will find this tasting room. Let the liqueurs and jenevers taste you in the 17th century environment.
It all started around 1679, when Wynand Fockink started a liqueur distillery and distillery. The tasting room was added a little later. This was the place where you could taste and buy. Today it's still like this. The liqueurs and junivers that you find here are still made and drunk in the same way as in the 17th century. Experience it for yourself. Bend in a traditional way before the drink and slurp out of the traditional tulip slide.
