This green oasis can be found in the shadow of the Euromast. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and discover the beautiful spots in this park.
The eastern part of this park dates back to 1853 and was designed by architect Jan David Zocher and his son Louis Paul in the English landscape style. The park was extended in 1886 with a part on the western side. In this green part of Rotterdam you can relax and experience even more. Discover the wooden Norwegian Zeemanskerk from 1914, which was donated to the Netherlands by Norway when the country became independent. Villa 'Het Heerenhuys' can also be viewed. The beautiful property from 1800 is surrounded by a beautiful garden. As far as food is concerned, you can of course lay down your own dress for a picnic in the park, or you can go to the stylish The Harbour Club. There you can taste high quality cooking.
