Stadhuis
The city hall of Groningen stands on the Grote Markt on the site where a town hall stood since the thirteenth century.
Since 1810, this town hall can be found on the Grote Markt. It was referred to by Groningers as Oude Stadhuis for many years, but since the demolition of the New Stadhuis in 1996 it has become a town hall again.
